Website monitoring consists in supervising, competitive intelligence by automatic reports ( captures according to URL or keywords) for other websites like direct competitors or all types of website.
You select by your onw, in your clients' account, the URL “to be supervised” in order to get systematic report from the certified captures linked to the selected websites.
An automated report is a web page capture from our deposit system which establishes at a certain time a complex snapshot (visible part but also the source codes) of the page selected.
Once the first capture done by DEPOT-WEB, our robot will proceed every month a new capture to create a monthly report from the pages which you wish to supervise.
All the automated captures realised include digital signature.
The digital signature (keys of encoding in accordance with the law of March 13th, 2000), electronic time-stamping and the automatic deposit in the bailiff's server are the absolute means of proof against copycat or any malevolent person.
An official receipt of the bailifff's deposit is sent to you by e-mail. You do not have any action to make.
This monitoring service makes possible to be informed every month (soon until once by day) by captures report of the selected websites.
The monitoring can be done for a maximum of 10 websites .
Monthly reports notify the evolution of your supervised url, if a problem of plagiarism, defamation, copy, violation of copyright or else is detected you will be warned. Your recorded receipt are downloadable on your account.
